Customers have the opportunity to rebook themselves online, or receive a full refund or credit, with 48 hours notice. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Failure to cancel at least 48 hours in advance, or failure to arrive at the designated time of departure for the reserved charter, will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of the reservation, no refunds will be issued under these conditions.
If a trip is cancelled by Bone Island Charters Key West due to inclement weather or an unforeseen emergency or mechanical issue, or for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule the trip during your stay in Key West. If you are unable to reschedule, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receive a full refund
